MEMBERSHIP AND REGISTRATION FEES
The fee structure for the 2010 season will be an all up fee, which covers costs such as Club Membership, Player Registra-tion, Insurance, Match Fees etc. For those families who have more than one child registering with Caboolture Sports Soc-cer Club there will be a 5% discount for the second child, 10% discount for the third child and 15% discount for each child thereafter. Non Playing membership fees are $70

HOW TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT!
When Signing On your children or yourself you must bring in one of the following: Birth Certificate, Passport, Statuary
Declaration Signed by a Justice of the Peace, or Birth Slips
WE CANNOT REGISTER ANY PLAYER WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS AND PAYMENT OF FULL FEES
You must also fill out the following Forms: Registration Form, Confidential Medical Form, and Membership Form.

FUNDRAISING AND CANTEEN LEVY
A levy of $20.00 per player is included in the playing fees instead of doing fund raising during the season such as chocolate, pie, lamington drives etc. Weekly raffles will still be conducted at most home games. Your support in this would be appreciated. Please remember that all fundraising is to the benefit of the players.
Staffing the canteen with volunteers has been a constant problem. As the Canteen is a vital part of any Sporting Club there is a $20 Levy included in the fees to assist in paying staff to run the Canteen. It is hoped this will take the burden off Parents and will see the Canteen have adequate staff to run it.

PAYMENT OF FEES
To alleviate a lot of work by committee members in collecting fees we seek your support in paying the full fees at sign on. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or cheque, (made payable to Caboolture Sports Soccer Club). EFTPOS FACILITIES will be available.
A payment plan can be entered into at the discretion of the committee, but all fees will have to be fully paid by the end of February 2009, in time for registration with the Sunshine Coast Football Zone. No player can be registered unless pay-ment of all outstanding monies has been received. No player can take the field if unregistered.
For those players and families with outstanding fees only.

PLEASE NOTE:
All outstanding fees from previous seasons MUST be paid along with full fees for the current season before players
will be registered. If you decide to change clubs be aware that registration with your new club will not be accepted unless outstanding fees with your previous club has been paid in full. Any monies collected by teams by teams for social purposes such as end of season functions are the responsibility of the person collecting the funds. The Club takes no responsibility for these funds.

UNFINANCIAL PLAYERS. Please note: SINCE MEMBERSHIP IS BASED ON FAMILY GROUPS, SHOULD ONE MEMBER OF THE FAMILY BE UNFINANCIAL, THE WHOLE FAMILY WILL CLASSED AS UNFINANCIAL AND OUTSTANDING FEES MUST BE FINAL-ISED PRIOR TO REGISTRATION.
REFUNDS AND MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
Should any player decide to cancel membership, requests for refunds or reduction of fees will not be considered unless the request is in writing and will be at the discretion of the Committee. All correspondence should be addressed to the Club Sec-retary. IF WRITTEN NOTIFICATION IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE 13TH APRIL 2009 FULL FEES WILL APPLY. Fees as levied by FFA and affiliated bodies are non-refundable. A $50.00 administration fee applies to all membership cancellations. This consists of a $15.00 zone fee and a $35.00 club fee
