Team web page access agreement
In this agreement the word "Club" refers to the Caboolture Sports Football Club.
The term "Service Provider" refers to "We Do IT Services".
The term "Service Provider" refers to "We Do IT Services".
I agree to the following...
- I am the manager/ coach or other authorised person to access and obtain information for my team.
- I will be responsible for all content and usage of the Teams page, including the login and password details.
- I understand that only 1 log in and password will be issued for the team page and that while it is not recommended to provide anyone else with these details, that if I do enlist the assistance of any other persons to help with my team page that I will make them aware of this agreement and that it shall bind them as it does me.
- I understand that Players should NOT have access to edit the team page and that as few people as possible should have access.
- I understand that I can and will change my pass word at regular intervals using the preferences tab.
- I will gain consent from the players and/or the parents or guardians of the players before placing any images, profiles or information about the player.
- I will view the tutorials and instructions concerning how to edit my teams site and understand the club and service provider reserve the right to make recommendation and/or to modify the content to ensure its aesthetic integrity. This is particularly relevant to image size. Images which are too large or too many will slow the page and the web site down and may be removed or modified by the club or service provider.
- The team pages will be confined to information directly related to their team and information is to be reflected in a positive light. The team page is NOT a platform to vent concerns, comment, accusations, anger or frustration at the club, teams, players, coaches or any person or organisation either within or without the club.
- There will be No subversive information that brings the Club, it's associations or sponsors into disrepute.
- There will be No offensive, illegal, inappropriate or immoral content or any other content or information that the Club it's members, or service provider considers to be inappropriate.
- I will not hold the Club or Service Provider accountable for any problems, omissions or issues with the web site and team pages.
- I understand that Failure to abide by this agreement may result in any or all of the following...
- Login and password being disabled.
- Removal or editing of the content of the page either in whole or in part.
- Disabling of the page entirely.
- Request for another person to take over page editing.
- I understand that the Club and the service provider reserve the right to edit, delete or otherwise alter the functionality of the team pages and to revoke or change access levels to the website either in whole or part at any time. This will generally only occur if a security breach either actual or potential has occurred or is likely to occur. Security of the Clubs website and the individual pages is paramount.
- I understand that the club and the service provider reserve the right to alter these conditions without prior notice.
